These groups—which pop-up throughout the semester and meet for three, four, or more weeks—are open to students of all religious and spiritual identities.
Whether you are exploring spiritual practice for the first time or have belonged to a religious tradition for years, there’s a place for you in our Care Groups.
Groups are led by staff and student leaders and usually focus on a specific theme or topic. Past groups have explored topics like:
- Belonging: How to Make More Meaningful Relationships
- Awakened Awareness: Introduction to Spiritual Practice
- Become Your Best Self: Exploring the Wisdom of the Enneagram
Please note that Care Groups are designed to be inclusive spaces of spiritual support; in order to ensure that groups remain open to people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, care group participants are asked to speak from their own personal experiences and to respect the experiences of others by refraining from proselytizing or seeking “converts.”
